Today I had a surgical appointment with Dr.Phillips and had such a horrible experience. After 3 visits about the same problem he finally scheduled me for a surgery. Once I woke from the procedure, the doctor let me know that he wasn’t able to perform the operation due to complications with the anesthesia. He never specified what exactly happened to me while I was asleep.
