Best doctor hands down. He listens to your concerns and honestly cares about your feelings towards your health care.
I called for an appointment and I got in within 2 days. The staff was very, very nice and Dr. Payne was very informative and caring.
Since losing my primary care physician due to retirement, I was concerned about finding one to replace him. After a recommendation from my cardiologist, I made an appointment with Dr. Payne. After my first visit not only did he take care of my problem, but really impressed me with his professionalism, attitude and knowledge. Being retired military I have had numerous doctors, and Dr. Payne is one of the doctors at the top of my good list. I highly recommend him.
I was very pleased to get into East Falls Primary Care for an appointment I made the same day. The wait time was minimal. Dr. Payne was very interested in my health concern and made all the effort to help me resolve my health issue. I would recommend Dr. Payne as well as East Falls Primary Care who is looking for quality and friendly healthcare.
Dr. Payne is one of the best doctors i have had in years, I'm from California and the care I got from my primary there does not even compare with doctor Payne, he is concerned with your health and well being and has a great bed side manner I would recommend him to anyone.

I am so grateful to have found Dr. Payne, he takes the time to listen and review my health concerns. He explains his course of action, describes why he is ordering tests, and explains what and why he is prescribing a medication. The staff at East Falls are friendly and efficient. I have always had my concerns and requests met.
