I have known Dr. Payne for years. He is a great provider and person in general. He is easy to relate to, and also has an incredible mind when it comes to medicine. He was easily able to explain things in a way that normal everyday people understand. That has been the case for me and my teenage children. I would recommend Dr. Payne to anyone.

It’s always been good
Dr. Payne has been our family physician for years now, and his professionalism and caring attitude has always been the reason why we have returned. There are less and less family and specialty practice physicians that maintain a personal sense of caring anymore-but Dr. Payne is an exception to the rule. Thanks for being there for our family.

Dr. Payne has been a great find! He's congenial, patient, attentive, and takes time to respond to any concern. He's neither judgmental nor dismissive. He gives options and and respects input. I avoid doctors, but feel Dr. Payne is trustworthy and competent. He makes a doctor visit comfortable and productive. I've appreciated having little wait time at the office as well as his efficient staff.
Dr Payne is awesome. He takes his time with you. Answers questions and makes referrals as needed. His medical assistant Colette is great also. She always call you back - which is rare nowadays and I does really care.
Dr. Payne was so awesome. He listened to my concerns and had a variety of options for care. I didn’t feel rushed at all and he was compassionate and knowledgable.
Absolutely one of the best doctors in the Eastern Idaho region for family practice medicine. As a healthcare professional, watching the decline and changes in healthcare has been an ongoing issue. However, Dr. Payne consistently shows genuine interest in his patients, and spends time listening and planning care- somewhat of a lost art these days. He is a gem when it comes to the choices for medical care practitioners available.
Dr. Payne offers an attentive ear for as long as you need it, seemingly, and he is knowledgeable and informative. He is not an alarmist, which suits me just fine. I love his straightforwardness and candidness, too.
