I have recommended Dr Payne to some people already. He pays attention to what you are telling him.
Dr. Payne as well as his courteous staff have been an excellent choice for a PCP provider the last 4 years. He is patient and explains matters that are concerning. He is prompt and spends time listening. I have never felt my care is compromised. I have recommended him as well as East Falls Primary Care to many other families along the way. Standards are high, staff is courteous and friendly.
I have been to many Dr's in my life. I can tell when one actually cares about their patient and I believe that Dr Payne is 1 Dr that does.
Dr. Payne is very thorough and know what to do. He explains what is needed and does so in concise and understandable language. Great medical knowledge and bed side manners.
He is a listener
Dr Payne, His Staff, and facility are excellent. I was very nervous to have both toenails removed. I was treated with the gentle care of a True Professional. I was surprised at the efficiency and knowledge of Dr. Payne and would recommend seeing Him with any concerns You have. He has treated Me for several things over the years and I am yet to have an easier, more Friendly, or Professional experience with a Primary Care Physician.
Very friendly and listened to my motor mouth
We have always been able to get an appointment very quickly. Dr. Payne and his staff are always courteous and very thorough in our exams. We get lab results quickly. We have always gotten what we needed in a timely manner. We have been happy having Dr. Payne as our physician. Dr. Payne is very knowledgeable and explains things well.
This was a 1st appointment so it will take a few more to become very comfortable. I was impressed with Dr. Payne and his willingness to help with the process of setting up home health care. Dr. Payne reviewed hospital medical records to be more aware of medical issues. I appreciated that.
