Dr Reynolds is amazing. She was very patient and understanding. I had to have quite a few teeth pulled. She was comforting and patient understanding and I was not easy patient. I highly recommend her.
This is my 2nd good review. I have now had several visits plus bringing my dad and my sister for their dental needs. All 3 of us are very satisfied with McRae. My father is getting dentures - he’s having issues with getting a proper fit and McRae has been very helpful. My sister had several teeth that needed to be extracted. She went to a dentist in Greensboro but they wouldn’t work with her to get her teeth extracted before the end of the year so she could use her insurance. Literally the worst dentist I have ever used. He hurt me and didn’t care. I waited for two hours after my appt time then during the filling he never even tried to adjust or stop hurting me as I showed pain. I have since gone to another dentist who is 1000 times more compassionate and caring for their patients.
I was recommended this dental office by Daejah, the treatment coordinator. And I was not disappointed Daejah is super sweet cares a lot for her patients. Dr. Reynolds and her assistant Milvia worked on me and the results were amazing. I came in thinking I would have to loose my tooth but they saved it. I’m beyond grateful and Dr. Reynolds did an excellent job I feel great and no longer in pain. Milvia was super kind as well, making sure I was okay the entire procedure.
