The technician who assisted me, Megan, made my visit extremely uncomfortable. Her demeanor during the intake process and basic eye testing was unexpectedly rude and dismissive. I was genuinely taken aback by how unprofessional she was. Given that I was younger than most patients in the waiting room, I am deeply concerned about how she may treat elderly patients who are even more vulnerable to this type of behavior.
