Excellent service and care. I called in severe pain to the answering service at 7:15 am. The nice gentleman took my name and problem said he would tell the office when they opened. I got a call back about 10:00 am … I asked for Dr Matthew Fort and I was sitting in his chair by 1 pm in severe pain. A storm came, my power went out, my son threw up some blood and was bleeding after a tonsillectomy and Dr Fort was the person on call, he answered and sent me to the closest ER which was smart but that place wasn’t amazing and sent me home after a while, my son threw up more blood and Dr Fort answered again and sent me to children’s of Alabama where we got to meet him, he was so kind, helpful, and professional while I was a stressed out mama, he talked to me in words me and my son could comprehend and fixed him up so quickly... read more
Well he didn't do much, he did fix my dizziness. He said I may have fluid in my ears. 2 weeks later I went to another ENT, he gave me a thorough exam, check my hearing and told me I had no fluid in my ears. He did a CT and said I needed a little surgery in my sinus. And I had some hearing loss. He's going to put me on some medication and I go back in a month. And if not better I'll have the surgery.
