This is not against the doctor, but I did have a question on my bill. They charged me $565 that I didn’t authorize and when I question them Meaning Kirk informed me the doctor had no clue what He is charging and I asked to speak to the doctor. He said you can’t unless I make an appointment for $375. I told him I didn’t think it was fair to pay if I didn’t Authorize it he informed me if I didn’t pay if he would send me to collections So I can’t question the doctor and they use intimidation to get it paid
Dr. Leach was amazing! I had a sinus infection for 9 months and the previous doctor I went to didn’t notice on my ct scan it was from my infected tooth. I was misdiagnosed and suffering for months just being prescribed antibiotics. My previous doctor wanted to give me a procedure that wouldn’t have even solved my problem. But then I went to Dr. Leach - he discovered the root of my problem on my ct scan ( pun intended). I had to get my tooth extracted and 2 years later I’m doing great! Thank you Dr. Leach!

I recently had neck surgery for a thyroglossal cyst and all I can is that I am so pleased. Not only with Dr. Leach but his staff including his MA and surgery coordinator Marion. They have been so helpful in getting this scheduled. I did some local research for an ENT and went through a few(mainly just calling to get appointments prior to me finding out what I had) So, if you can imagine neck swelling with a lump is stressful but this office was compassionate and empathetic. Would recommend this office for ENT issues. Very thorough exam and the hearing center is located within the office which makes it convenient.
