Caring, honest, to the point…. Has been great for both shoulder surgeries

He’s really nice and informative but I wait an hour after my appointment time every time. I don’t know if it’s his fault or the scheduling but waiting an hour is ridiculous especially for follow ups when he’s only in the room for 3 minutes.
I sought out Dr. Hansen because of his shoulder expertise, and he did an outstanding job fixing my 3rd degree shoulder separation. I'm able to lift weights and play sports at full strength and without pain (6 yrs post-op). He just did another complicated surgery for a ruptured quadriceps tendon, and it's progressing well (4 months post-op). He gives a clear assessment of the injury and treatment options with probably outcomes. Ask intelligent questions and you'll be rewarded with expert answers.
Dr. Hansen clearly knows what he’s doing. It’s been a pleasure being under his care this past year. Shoulder, then knee, he gave me the best possible outcome. I’m hoping I won’t need to come back but if I do, I won’t hesitate to give Dr. Hansen, Geoff, and the entire team a call.
Everyone was very friendly and helpful. From the X-Ray department to Dr Hansen. The wait was not long at all.
He was very pleasant and understanding. He understood the overwhelming feeling I was going through. He gave me the info I needed and shared that more would be given the next time I see him since I was overwhelmed. He was patient.
Dr. Hanson always appears very competent and knowledgeable of what he is doing. He has an attitude and presence of complete and total competence.
