Dr. Goodstein is amazing! When I broke my nose he fixed the deviated septum and got me in very quickly! 2 years after I began having severe sinus issues. Returned to Goodstein and he again cleaned out polyps and fixed the problem! 5 years down the road and I was having reoccurring strep throat. Goodstein removed my tonsils. Each time I had seen Goodstein he was kind, caring and had an excellent bed side manner. His staff is amazing as well.

Is this business handicap-accessible? Yes, it was handicap-accessible Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed!

Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Probably, I wasn't impressed Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Would you recommend this ENT otolaryngologist to others? I Already Have Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? The phone rang a lot and it was really annoying Did this provider have reasonable prices? Absolutely! Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood

Sometimes, I usually have to convince them to look into the situation Did this provider show attention to detail? Is this business handicap-accessible? Not at all! There were barriers everywhere making it impossible for handicapped people to enter
