Very nice staff and always takes care of my needs. Doctors are busy and they can't call every patient back so the staff is there for that reason and they do a very good job of it. Thank you for your work
He always has a smile and pleasant to address your concerns with. His staff makes you feel right at home. He listens to what you have to say and recomends the next step.
He’s been my family doctor for years. He’s knowledgeable, funny professional and understanding. I couldn’t be happier. And his assistant Pricilla is an angel.
Very grateful that Dr. Schubert was able to see me on short notice. I had gotten rear ended by another car and when I went to urgent care, the very awesome receptionist found someone to take me on short notice so I can't say enough nice things about this doctor as well as the people that helped me that day when I needed to see someone quickly. Nice doctor, good bedside manner and good sense of humor.
Dr Schubert will not call his patients back. His incompetent staff will though. They will call numerous times with recommendations that make no sense, and leave messages on Friday nights at 530 pm so it is impossible to call them back that night. If you call them back, it becomes a game of telephone tag with Dr Schubert never calling the patient back himself so there is no straight answer to a question. He also orders unnecessary bloodwork that can only be completed at his location.
