I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was upsetting enough that I feel others should know. My appointment with Dr. Robinson’s office was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The communication was unclear, inconsistent, and unprofessional. The nurse told me I was a candidate for vein injections, yet the doctor later dismissed it as “cosmetic,” with no proper explanation. Dr. Matt is an incredible surgeon with some amazing skills, recently had a very tricky surgery done by him and it turned out 100%, gave me a new lease on life, and probably save my life, we are lucky to have someone of his caliber living on the island.
Very caring and compassionate, did my first surgery and will be doing my second as well. Great bedside manner. Nothing negative about him to review.
