I had a something removed on my neck on 1/7. I was told 10 days - 2 weeks for a call back from the biopsy results. After not hearing from anyone, I finally called. The physician's assistant spoke to me on the phone and told me the results had been in ( for a while) and all is good. I was distressed that no one called me. I was told that there was a shortage of staff. A friend had the same experience months ago. No call back - shortage of staff!!! Really? 1) not a good reason.2) fix staff.

I arrived 15 minutes prior to my appt. to fill out the paperwork. I was still waiting 45 minutes after my appt. and when I asked when I would be seen, the front desk people couldn't give an approximate time but offered to seat me in a room while I waited. I got my co-pay back and left. A bad experience as my time is just as valuable as the doctor's and this is usually due to over booking appointments. Parking is also limited for this office and usually full.

We sincerely apologize for your high wait time. Our office will continue to do its best at accommodating patients and keeping wait times at a minimum. Sometimes patients have unforeseen concerns or circumstances that can set our calendar back. However this is not an excuse for elongated wait times. Again we apologize for this inconvenience and would be more than happy to have you as a patient at our practice.
I read Dr. Elias comments. This further proves how uninformed and/or disorganized he and his office staff must be. I had been to his office 3 times. He knew I am a doctor (retired). My first name is not "doctor". that is just stupid to stay he has no patient "dr. schneider". Just stupid. It further confirms my opinion never to visit him or his office again.
