I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Elias and his entire team. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, kind, and so attentive — they immediately put my daughter at ease. Dr. Elias went above and beyond in every way. Awful charlatan snake oil peddlers
Dr. Matthew Elias, his assistant Tatum and the entire office staff are fantastic !!! Very professional, warm and friendly and never in a hurry to discuss your medical problem. My appointment scheduling, handled by Jennifer very efficient and correct. I can't say enough about Elias Dermatology.
Yesterday I had an appointment. Sadly, because of rudeness and unprofessional secretary service I left their office without meeting Dr Elias. I had an appointment, nobody called me before to remind and to make sure I'm coming. I had to call by myself and make double check. When I came there, secretary with grumpy face asked me questions and filled up form. After this she told me to go outside and to wait there. She said they will call me. Excellent experience but, Exam. room very cold.
I hate to rate a decent physician with one star because of his staff, but I am compelled to do so. i have had many interactions with the staff and they are consistently rude, unkempt, and not responsive. I requested to speak to the doctor to address the issues his staff are unable to, and they refuse to allow me to do so. There is no way around the huge problem in this office - THE STAFF. Unfortunately, the patient experience is so poor, and the oversight so lax, that I will not return. There are so many good dermatologists ... read more
