I have been a patient of Dr. Matt's for almost 7 years. I stayed with his practice because 1) he knows my history, which is imperative given the types of conditions I have and 2) because he is a kind person willing to help. If I didn't have such a history with him, I wish I could have left because it takes FOREVER. to see him. On average, I wait 40-45 minutes in the waiting room and 20-25 minutes in the exam room to see him for 3-5 minutes of an appointment.
