L4-L5 fusion of one disk space resulting in “drop foot” (left side) and complete failure of spinal fusion. Exceptionally poor office communication and disastrous results. Now scheduled for repair of original Hazzard surgery from 12/16/24 on 5/13/25. Repair will require anterior, side and posterior surgery. Anticipated 8hr operation.. I’m Dr Steven Martin. I have had pain for several years. It got to the point I couldn’t walk more than 200 feet without severe pain. Dr. Hazzard reviewed my MRI with me, he showed me exactly what was going on and unfortunately without surgery I was looking at becoming paraplegic. Dr. Hazzard preformed my surgery and did an excellent job! I am feeling 100% better! I highly recommend Dr. Hazzard, due to his skills I am no longer looking at a horrible future. His staff is super friendly and professional. Thank you so much!
