Had cervical neck surgery Oct. 6, 2025 and got my 90 day check on April 2, 2026. Didn’t get to a pain clinic until March and after my appointment on 4-2-26 I received no follow up appointment. Didn’t tell me about he was not able to prescribe meds or pain pills after 90 days. I was left with no meds almost 2 weeks and Dr. Hazzard couldn’t do a thing. I saw Dr Hazzard for my spinal fusion T12-L4 and he was wonderful. I had a really bad car accident and we had to take out my L2 portion of the spine because it bursted at the scene of the accident. I’ve never had any medical issues before the accident, and have never broken any bones so I was pretty anxious about having a surgery. The nurses in the hospital were so cheerful once they told me I had a surgery coming up with Dr Hazzard. They told me they would trust him with their friends and family.
