I was referred to Dr. Roach by my primary care physician on 08/09/15. I was very skeptical about spinal adjustments but was assured by my doctor that he would be able to alleviate my chronic neck and back pain. I have been taking pain medication for several years and recently have had to eliminate all prescription drugs due to a liver issue. Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Definitely! Everyone knows they are the best around! Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate! Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking. Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Yes

Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate! Were the chiropractor's hands uncomfortably cold during your treatment? Not at all! I was very comfortable during my entire treatment Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Yes, they are known for being good at what they do

I visited Dr. Matthew Roach on 4/25/2013 for a PPD rating and he said I see you’re missing your index finger I’ll get the report done and send it out. I replied; you’re not going to measure my fingers and after talking for a few minutes he did and he commented how much my thumb was lacking motion. To my surprise when I received my PPD rating it included my other fingers but not my thumb. My pain had no relation to the injury I sustained after a scheduled with this so called "DOCTOR" now suffering from permanent neck damage if that’s not enough the pain I originally came for had not even subsided if anything it had gotten worse! Needless to say, however I will never be stepping foot in this second rate establishment.
