Matthew Crehan was wonderful to work with as we sold our property in College Park, Maryland. He was professional and knowledgeable. He easily answered our questions and walked us through the process step-by-step. He got our listing posted and did all the behind the scenes work so showings were immediately scheduled. Despite the complicated factors surrounding our property, he collaborated well with the buyer's agent to get our property sold.
