Matthew Crehan was so incredibly helpful and patient in helping me find and purchase my first home. He was great to work with - readily available to answer questions, walked me through the process on multiple occasions, showed me around many Washington, DC neighborhoods, provided insight into what I might be able to afford, and supported me every step of the way. I couldn't recommend him more!
Avoid this guy, will keep on adding bogus fees to your closing. He did that to me twice, I cought him the first time and confronted him, he gave an excuse that he did not think before adding it to closing expenses. On second time, I just severed my relationship with him I find these actions very dishonest and akin to scam.
