Avoid this guy, will keep on adding bogus fees to your closing. He did that to me twice, I cought him the first time and confronted him, he gave an excuse that he did not think before adding it to closing expenses. On second time, I just severed my relationship with him I find these actions very dishonest and akin to scam.
