He spent time more talking than listening. Didn’t pay attention to details. Didn’t ask the patient preference. Didn’t complete a full body skin exam.
I find Dr McClelland through and caring. He listens and explains things clearly.
If you're interested in putting your kids on accutane or other harsh, strong medication for acne then this is the guy for you. I DO NOT recommend him. He spent the whole appointment pushing accutane for our child and offered little other helpful information. I do not think he is serving patients well with this approach.
