Dr Mcclellon and his staff are always wonderful.
Always knowledgeable, friendly, caring and understandable. And I can say the same for his staff. It's always a pleasure to see him... No anxiety.
Not only did Dr. McClelland handle my needs, he and his assistants managed to work my wife in. We had thought she had an appointment but it wasn't on the schedule. When we arrived home we found that it had been our mistake and she wasn't scheduled; however they were able to get her in too. Very accommodating.
Everyone was courteous and helpful and concerned about my needs.
Highly competent, caring, and engaging
I was 10 minutes late to my appointment. They were still able to see me which was great. The doctor gave me some advice which I will Appreciated.
Dr McClelland is always responsive and helpful in assessing my derm needs. He answers questions and makes recommendations as needed. Great office staff.always get a follow up call after a visit.
Excellent care from Dr. McClelland. Staff was very helpful.
Dr. McClellan, nurse assistants and office staff are all excellent - friendly, courteous, efficient and capable in their work.....a great credit to Providence hospital. I thank them.
