Reception, assistant and physician were all very responsive and professional. Everyone made me feel very comfortable.
I have been seeing Dr. McClelland over the last few years. He has always been very friendly, talks about my dermatology issues and gives advice on how I should care for my skin. He referrers me to a MOHS surgeon when needed which has been very helpful. Although I don't like having ongoing skin problems, I feel very comfortable when I see Dr. McClelland because I know he will take care of my skin problems.
I have been a patient of Dr. McClelland for the last four years, and I am consistently impressed with the quality of care provided. Dr. McClelland is exceptionally respectful, always recalling details from previous visits which adds a personal touch to each appointment.
