The scheduling process was really confusing as I showed up in my pajamas already having taken my magnesium to go to sleep! Imagine my surprise when I found out I had to drive home without getting any sleep! The office help me solve the problem, and think a lot about sleep. Fantastic information, great doctors... I am already working on that weight loss and implementing more things for better sleep. See you in the fall if I need that study!
