I've never had any problems with Dr. Buss's office. Dr. Buss is the first doctor I've been to in a long time that made me feel like he was actually listening to what I had to say; and that I wasn't "just another patient to see". Something that is, unfortunately, becoming more & more rare these days.
I don't understand some of these questions. "Is the customer always right?" Hell, no. I'm a patient. He has a medical degree. Sometimes I am wrong. The point is, he listens to my concerns. Then, he explains why his educated opinion is what it is, and he will dialogue with me about this. I don't want to be always right! Michael Jackson was always right, and it killed him. The chairs they had in the waiting room were pretty high quality. I thought they were nice and comfortable. They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. I was forced to call the emergency room in the middle of the night and was really scared. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.
