Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Dr. Buss has a caring bedside manner. He seems genuinely concerned about his patients. I was so pleased with the care Dr. Buss gave my mother, I changed my father's care provider to Dr. Buss. My father is very pleased with the care he receives from Dr. Buss and contacts him for the smallest of concerns. When I took my father in for an appointment, Dr. Buss came out into the waiting room and greeted my 90-year old mother, who did not have an appointment that day. Dr Buss is an excellent listener and shows genuine concern for my health. He does not rush the visit. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I will absolutely return.
