I just moved to Franklin and neede to see a doctor for tendinitis in my shoulder. I had seen a giant building that said Bone and Joint Institute so I called. I got an appointment the next day with Dr. Anderson. I walked it, filled out my info on the tablet, and was called within 2 minutes. After a brief review with associate, X-rays were taken in 5 minutes and Dr. Anderson came in my room 5 minutes later. He reviewed my X-rays and explained his diagnosis. Dr Anderson detailed all my options very clearly and when I decided my preferred choice of treatment he was very reassuring that I would be OK with the treatment‼️Steroid Shots and I was‼️ He was amazing… didn’t feel a thing‼️
Dr Anderson has been a godsend. The relief he has given me is astounding. Wonderful staff in both front and back office as well as his RN’s. I highly recommend Dr Anderson. He is clear on expectations both good & bad. He gives you a pathway to relief.
