Covid Testing was free in 2020 - 2022. If this Dr really cared about folks - shame on him for charging a fee for a Covid Test back then and without telling the folks and now trying to charge for it 3-4 years later. Not acceptable. Like others here, I received a fraudulent bill for $130 for services in 2021. I have never seen this clinician. I have reported this business.
This guy is again trying to charge my non-existing EPO $602.30 for an OON service from March 2022.
