Like others here, I received a fraudulent bill for $130 for services in 2021. I have never seen this clinician. I have reported this business.
This guy is again trying to charge my non-existing EPO $602.30 for an OON service from March 2022.
I took a COVID test in November 2022 but never met with Dr. Abinante. I just now, in 2026, received a notice that this physician billed my former insurance company for $450 in February '26, which the insurance provider rejected. My insurance company attempted to call this medical office and was sent to voicemail both times. Not sure who this doctor is they sent two bills from 7/8/2022 to an insurance company from 5 years ago I am going to contact an attorney this seems to be a lawsuit for many who are getting bills from someone they have never seen nor do I live in the area seems very suspect.
Received a bill for Covid Services in 2021. They billed a health insurance provider I do not have insurance with. I called UHC and they told me that Dr Abinante tried to bill them in 2023 in which they denied it, rightfully so. UHC attempted to reach them while I was on the line and did not get an answer. They also indicated it is very strange a bill would be submitted years after. I’m a veteran covered by the department of veteran affairs for everything. I wouldn’t use his services because I get medical treatment for FREE.
