Not sure who this doctor is they sent two bills from 7/8/2022 to an insurance company from 5 years ago I am going to contact an attorney this seems to be a lawsuit for many who are getting bills from someone they have never seen nor do I live in the area seems very suspect.
Received a bill for Covid Services in 2021. They billed a health insurance provider I do not have insurance with. I called UHC and they told me that Dr Abinante tried to bill them in 2023 in which they denied it, rightfully so. UHC attempted to reach them while I was on the line and did not get an answer. They also indicated it is very strange a bill would be submitted years after. I’m a veteran covered by the department of veteran affairs for everything. I wouldn’t use his services because I get medical treatment for FREE.
I paid for services,,,, my insurance paid and they WILL NOT EVER ANSWER THEIR PHONES... THEY OWE ME A REFUND AND WILL NOT ACKNOWLEDGE OR SEND A REFUND! SCAMMERS TO SAY THE LEAST : {. : {. ONLY GIVING 1 STAR BECAUSE IT MAKES YOU!!
I got a bill from Medicare from Dr. Abinante ( I do not live within 500 miles of his office), and had never visited him. I have called his office multiple times, but no one ever answers the phone. Something does not seem legitimate here.
