Dr. Rappe was very knowledgeable and great with us.
Dr. Rappe was over an hour late for our appointment time and he walked in the room and spent 2 minutes speaking to me before sending me on my way. There was no even attempt to help or offer possible reasons or solutions for the intense shoulder pain I was having. I was ushered off to X-Rays without being told a word – didn't even realize I was getting X-Rays until I saw the machine. He cancelled my follow up appointment after my MRI as well.
