STAY AWAY from their service department! Besides being rude, each repair BREAKS something else!! Then they want you to pay for their mistake!! Replace water pump, breaks the gasket it was mounted to, fix the gasket, bust the oil sensor... Took TWO WEEKS to break my car and blame me. "It was already like that" was a lie they tried... "100,000 miles is high, you should buy a new car" is another slimey statement these low life's gave me after horrible finger pointing. No one in this place cares to help. This is my 3rd time trying to come to this place and try and stay local. They all seem so lazy they didn’t even care to ask my information to get started on anything. I’ll take my money and excellent credit else where! ( guess they wouldn’t know since they didn’t ask)
A huge thank you to Matt Mazzei and Jean Pierre Zombil for an awesome, fast, and painless experience. This is the 2nd car we purchased from here. Last one was purchased at Fowler before mazzei and we were hit head on and totaled our Kia Sorento. Now we are new owners of the Chevy Cruze premium. The people here are such a pleasure to work with. I had a couple of recalls on my truck, one unrelated issue,, and the Service Dept was great,, Fixed the problems, kept me updated, totally professional , super friendly, nobody was pushy, waiting area big, very clean, the complimentary coffee, tea, water, popcorn area,, stocked, very clean , restrooms very clean ,, overall pleasant experience, I’d go back 🤠
I had the best experience with Jean Pierre Zombil at Matt Mazzei. He sold us a beautiful 2018 Jeep Cherokee yesterday and a Toyota Tundra last month.
