Two months after buying a truck from them.
We have a 2014 GMC Sierra z71 , we have been experiencing transmission problems for the past 2yrs. I did research on the issues and all the reports I have read lead back to the same issue ( replace transmission). We originally took the truck to a local repair shop and the tech at the shop knew what was wrong with the transmission and took it to Mazzei for warranty fulfillment. Their Service Dept is quite lacking in customer service. They've had my vehicle in their shop for 6 WEEKS!!! I've gotten a LOT of excuses, but not any effort to expedite my repairs. Communication is severely lacking. Any calls for updates, I've had to initiate. I pray that I get my vehicle back soon, because this is ridiculous! I do NOT recommend their service dept!
Gary in sales treated me like a superstar and Tim in finance was amazing too! They made the process so easy and enjoyable. I highly recommend that if you're looking for a new car to go to Matt Mazzei

fix your service department I had to take my truck there three times before it was fixed the first two times it didn't make it back to ukiah it was down allmost three weeks I had to pay all three times because of wrong diagnosis they tried to blame me the second time should have been done right the first time by the way your sale department (phill) is awsome
