My parents referred us to Matt; they had wonderful things to say about him. Because they spoke VERY highly of him, we went ahead and contacted him after we had found a townhome we wanted to purchase. I can't say enough about Matt. I've had the pleasure of working with him twice. Once on behalf of my parents when we were searching for a home for them and they were moving across country, and a second time when it was our turn to buy. Matt makes you feel like family from the get go. He doesn't let you settle on a house just for the sake of a sell. I have known Matt and Julie for years and they have gone above and beyond to help in both selling my previous home and helping me to buy the current one I live in. They are great to talk to and always open to answering my questions and explaining the reasoning behind why they give the answer as they did.
