Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever! Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes! It was effortless!
They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They take a very conservative approach and are hesitant to go for surgery unless absolutely necessary. Great bedside manner. I also don't have to wait for hours in the waiting area which is often the case at other health providers.
I loved the staff here but did not like Dr.Gavin at all. It seemed like he did not want to listen to me when I talked, he just wanted to tell me what I was feeling and what I should be feeling. I hate Doctors that are like that.
