I've always been pleased with the success of the treatment I've received. The doctors and staff members (from the X-ray and MRI tech to the scheduler and personal assistants to the physicians) have always provided impressive service. Words that come to mind include: professionalism, considerate, helpful, friendly. Maybe the thing I most admire is the high level of communication skills and people skills. Please keep up the good work.
I have recommended Dr Thornburg in the past and would do so again.
Thornburg sat down and explained to me options which were understandable from a patient's view. His RN responded to my phone calls in one day. Professional staff do an excellent job getting the appointment scheduled, check-in and follow up!!.
Dr.thornberg was not only thorough but a good listener and answer my questions. I will see him again if the need arises.
Dr. Thornburg was prompt and efficient. Appeared to have knowledge about my plantar fascial fibromatosis. He was courteous.
My first appointment there Dr. Thornburg was very concerned and took all my concerns seriously. He was very thorough with his exam and quick to get me into X-ray, He immediately went over the results with me and explained what the next steps would be. I feel confident about being in his care.
So easy to get in and Dr. Thornburg did a great job of diagnosing my problem. I trust him completely.
