Matt’s the best, just closed on our new house in Nashville with matt as our agent, moving from out of state. Matt proved to be a truly value-add agent, very glad we had him on our team - very patient and helped us through every step of the process, and knows the whole Nashville metro area very well.

Matt helped us purchase a home in Fairview TN a year ago, thank you . Just a FYI, the inspector you recommended is horrible. House on a rock inspection. He missed so many structural and electrical safety issues, that we would have never purchased a DRB home. Matt we had had nothing but issues with our home and so has 80% of the other home owners with Brightland/DRB homes . Just a heads up.
