There is a worker CNA called norma. Men if she treats me like that i don’t want to know how she treats the residents on that place. She shouldn’t be working there. I get mad at her because she was screaming at me for no reason and i ask her whats your name so i can make a complaint on you and she cover her badge so i cant see it. Very bad experience
