Joshua and his assistant completed my bathroom project in less than a day in a half. From the beginning to the end, they were professional young men, explaining the plan for the day and seriously put it in motion. They were efficient and answered all the questions I had. This conversion from tub to walk-in shower in my bathroom was awesome. The installers did a super job and it only took one day. They knew exactly what they were doing and the result was beautiful. I am very satisfied with the end result.
Noeal is a great Contractor to work with. He is professional, kind, respectful, and patient. He was in touch with me introducing himself a week before my Drywall Repair and did an awesome excellent job! He comes highly recommended and is deserving of all the recognition coming due to him. My bathroom wall looks so smooth now as it is badly damaged prior. Noeal made it look brand new.
I have a mixed review. First, the workmen, Walter and Vitalli, were wonderful. The worked hard all day and did a beautiful job of replacing my old bathtub with a beautiful new walk in shower. I love them and it. Now the complaint section...the office of the company must have lots of young people not used to being professional. I could not reach the production manager without 3 calls. Thank you Matrix Bath Systems for appointing the right technicians who were professional and friendly all the while focused on the job at hand. the end result produced an awesome beautiful looking and timely job! I would not use this contractor. Cancelled appointment with no explanation 15 minutes after they were supposed to be here. Although they did call to confirm the night before that I had taken enough time off work to be able to listen to their sales presentation. If hired I wouldn’t trust them to show up or finish the job timely. Gave them one star as it was the only way to submit this review.

We contemplated a walk in shower for several years and finally decided to make it happen. We called Matrix and were very impressed with the sales person. He laid everything out in detail. We were somewhat shocked at the price but in the end it was so worth it!!! Greg came in and it only took a day and a half! He was awesome to work with. Well, not happy the install was frustrating in the beginning, they did send some new people to complete the job, they were nice and the finish was ok. But at the sale of the walk in tub I was told that my 40 gal water heater was big enough to fill the tub, not true. It has been nearly 1 year, I siigned the contract in 1/2020. In the year since I have not been able to fill the tub past my calfs, the water heater is fairly new and in good repair, just not big enough.
