Recently had these wonderful, competent, confident, and kind folks come to my home to install a new bathroom in my basement. They were prompt, personal, and profoundly professional. John Brewer, the "construction conductor" of our basement's "orchestra of improvements" was a true "maestro." That is to say, one of the greats. Highly, highly recommended.
We would highly recommend this company. We just had them finish our basement, and it was a pretty big project. Throughout the entire process, Jamie (foreman/project manager) was communicative and attentive. The finishing crews were awesome and highly detailed. Any issues that did arise were promptly handled. Painters were the least impressive of the crews, but Jamie was aware and on top of it. We are thrilled with our new space!
Last year we had a shower put in, it is fantastic. The workers got it done so fast and made our lives so much better by installing it. Our old one was crumbling away and we know this new one will last many years. From the salesman to the workers to the folks we talked to on the phone, we just had an awesome experience with this company. Highly recommend!
We had a wonderful experience with Matrix finishing our basement. It came out great and just as we wanted. With an added bedroom bathroom large great room storage rooms several closets gives us lots of uses. John was great as our project manager he kept to the schedule answered our questions or concerns quickly. The trades contractors were excellent the city inspectors passed inspections with ease as the inspectors were impressed with the work that was done throughout the project.
