Tim was super helpful in setting up time and making sure we had the right glass ordered. Installer Rod arrived on time, worked quickly and finished. Very polite and quality work. The owner of Matrix Auto Glass on Palo Verde in Tucson actually kept his word and gave me the quoted price on a new windshield on a old pickup. They repaired it fast and staff was very honest after finding money in my truck and returning it to me. If it wasn't for their honest I wouldn't have gas money to get home 60 miles out of town. Good job!!!

Honest and Reliable Service – We have been taking our 3 family cars to Desert Crank & Engine since 2009. Rod (owner) and his staff are great to deal with and do quality work at a good price. I appreciate his honesty and he often takes me out into the shop and shows me first hand the problem(s) and what needs, or doesn't need, to be repaired. GREAT EXPERIENCE We were visiting our daughter in Tuscon when our car window was busted out in the middle of the night at our hotel. We called Matrix and the man on the phone was so nice and eager to help us out. These guys turned a bad situation around and made it so easy for us. We were in and out in just over an hour. I would highly recommend Matrix!!!
