One of the charms of the bar is the descent. You need to take the stairs down to garden-level, getting that feeling you are sneaking into some dark joint for a secret meeting. Exposed brick walls and a big fireplace greet you upon entrance. Order a white wine sangria while snacking on appetizers that are far better than you'd find at your local bar. In this small space, it's hard to imagine there would be room for a group, but if you call ahead, there is a lounge in the back that can accommodate up to 15.

Excellent service, clean and cozy environment and last but not least extremely tasty meals and delicious drinks, all for great prices! Had a wonderful experience with every visit!
I got a clump of hair fried into my bacon and placed on my burger. Not just a strand but many strands. I ordered no bun so it wasn’t like the clump was hidden by the bun and hard to notice. I emailed the restaurant a week ago hoping for an apology or an explanation in the very least. They never replied. Seems like management, like the cook, doesn’t care about the customer experience.
