Matick Toyota provided great customer service and great prices on my recent visit for an oil change and tire rotation. I was a client at the dealership when it was Mazda owned and was not sure what to expect taking my Mazda to a Toyota dealership for service. I believe the service and prices are better now than they were before! I highly recommend this dealership for your vehicle service needs.
Even though my car did not get "fixed" ( my 2014 Camry has been having an issue with clutch shudder ) they took it for several test drives and it was not showing up, so I went there and took a service tech for a drive and I also could not get it to do the shudder thing. � I guess that's how it goes sometimes. Every one was very nice, thanks Matick Toyota.
Erik Macklem with Matick Toyota helped my wife and I buy a Rav4 last night. We had a wonderful experience. They worked with us to get to a price we were happy with. They fought very hard to be competitive with other dealer offers on my trade in. I would recommend Erik to my friends and family. He took great care of us. We looked at Fox, Suburban, Page and other non Toyota lots and Matick has earned our business both now and in the future.
Why on earth would a salesman tell any female customer "Once your husband gives you permission to drive a Toyota..." let alone one older than he and unaccompanied? I won't be back
My salesperson was Matt Lepior, I was very impressed with the level of professionalism at this dealership. I had visited a few other dealership where the salespeople were very unprofessional. Matt and Matick Toyota did what it took to earn my business and I would highly recommend. Thank you for helping me to obtain such a great car, it was a very stressful time for me. From negotiations to closing EVERYTHING was top notch, smooth, and stress free!
