Great location and instructors!
Our experience at this Mathnasium has been incredible. The instructors are extremely caring and helpful. We love that they make the process of learning math fun and not intimidating for our kids. When we came, personalized learning plans were made for them, and we get consistent updates on their progress on specific topics. The staff here including Alison and Iris are extremely accommodating and kind!
We had an awful experience with this specific Mathnasium, especially with the district manager, Iris. She was incredibly rude and made inappropriate comments about our son. We were also very unhappy with the change in location as well. Unfortunately, we signed a renewal contract and paid a full year upfront to get a discount in November and had no idea that a change in location was a possibility. We are being told that we cannot cancel and get a refund. With our child and his other commitments, this puts us in a very inconve... read more
