My childs school shoes broke in term 2. The store replaced them for free. Great customer service. I will be buying all my school shoes there from now on. Great warranty.
Mathers keeps some really nice brands that makes comfortable shoes. 👍 Needed Black Ankle boots for work so rather than searching around thought would be best to just hop in to my nearest Mathers. The girl in Rouse Hill Mathers on 13/06/22 was very helpful. She asked appropriate questions that helped me explain what I was looking for. After one wear I had spilt something on my brand new supersoft pink sneakers resulting in multiple small splatters. Not knowing what to do in case I made the stains worse, I took the sneakers to Mathers Rouse Hill (I had bought them at Castle Towers to get my size). The two amazing ladies were so helpful! They got out their special cleaning products and gently worked on the stains for over 30 mins until they were almost completely removed.
