I bought a home from Mathers realty. The listing exaggerated ( A LIE ) by Rusty Poole. Updated in 2021 as brand new. Supposed to have all new vinyl siding windows and architectural roof. It wasn't my inspector's job to see how new it is or how old it. his job was to perform an inspection and make sure it's in working order. My inspector did fail the mention about three Windows, they don't stay open and one with moisture in it or the dried up sealant around it. I have dealt with Renee Norman at Mathers realty and everything was great. I was able to sell my home and even purchased a new one. To my surprise, both Renee and Pat Norman stole $1,200 from me and this needs to stop. I’ve been trying to contact them for a year and counting. I’ve emailed and left voice messages to no avail! If this is the type of employee (Renee Norman) working at Mathers, I will voice my experience and highly suggest not to do business with this company.
