I bought a home from Mathers realty. The listing exaggerated ( A LIE ) by Rusty Poole. Updated in 2021 as brand new. Supposed to have all new vinyl siding windows and architectural roof. It wasn't my inspector's job to see how new it is or how old it. his job was to perform an inspection and make sure it's in working order. My inspector did fail the mention about three Windows, they don't stay open and one with moisture in it or the dried up sealant around it.
