They tell you that they accept your insurance and then they send you a bill for $500 for a simple cleaning after I paid a $50 co-pay at the time of service. He said that he “needed to do a 3D scan in order to clean my teeth” - ?? Stay far away from these 2 scammers-
GRANDMASTER of DENTISTRY! I am not a fan of the dentist. After many inquiries I chose the one my doctor recommended. I needed implants, I had an infection on my upper left side, didn’t have enough bone, and bad gums. End of the story. After a few months, the magic fingers of Dr. Frank Matarazzo and his great assistant Ashley!, check mate! the job was finished! He gifted me with a new found zest for life and for that I will always be grateful. Thank you, with a big smile
The best thing about this dental office is the location and plentiful parking! Literally that it! Let’s talk about the check in process! When I first came in I was greeted by an older lady with a big smile, she was busy and walked off so I had to deal with the second receptionist. She was a younger girl very rude. I had my appointment for months and my information was confirmed when I confirmed the appointment. She says to me she needs my dental insurance card. I’m like I don’t have one just use my SS #. At 78yrs of age I grew up with dental drills with no water and dentists that would holler"STAY STILL" I was soo nervous when my front teeth needed fixed BUT Dr. Millici was calm, quiet, CARING, and VERY capable. I would recommend her dental services to everyone‼️
