Tried to go to the New Braunfels location. Waited an hour after my scheduled appointment and still hadn't been helped. Walk ins were being helped on front of me.
Made an appt for my husband to get a cut and shave. When he got there he waited 30 minutes and they said they didn’t have anything available. What’s the point of an appt. when I called I was told that the hair cut before him was more extensive than they thought. It’s men’s hair. What is extensive. They have no clue what they are doing at this location.

I went to the Matador Mens Grooming off Huebner Road. I new shop. i was a walk in. All the stylist were sitting down. I asked for a haircut. The receptionist asked if I had an appointment and I responded no, I was a walk in. She rolled her eyes. and let me know they dont like walk ins. Husband went to the new location in New Braunfels. Sabrina did a fantastic job on his haircut and beard trim. Very nice place, highly recommend, we will be coming back!
