Great service, food, drinks, atmosphere, and happy hour! Loved their Cider Werks seasonal. Gyoza and any sushi roll. Never had to wait even around 6-7pm when it seemed crazy busy during dinner rush.
Masu is the first restaurant in the area to offer sustainably sourced sushi, so instead of the typical tuna, the kitchen offers several fish less seen on sushi menus but well worth discovering.
Tonkatsu Curry Ramen. salmon sashimi. Excellent.
Best sushi in Minneapolis! Firecracker Roll is through the roof!
Salmon sashimi was good. Pork belly Ramen was good, not to die for. I will be back though to try more.
The bacon-wrapped quail egg is amazing.
The dynamite roll is probably my favorite now, but everything is delicious. The fish house punch has a fun ice cube on it and is very tasty.
