Pork belly Ramen!
Fantastic fresh rolls, traditional or creative, but the best thing is the variety. There's Izakaya, noodles, mochi ice cream, and deadly good bacon wrapped quail eggs. Do the happy hour for values.
Small but quick service. A little more than I'm used to paying for sushi at a midscale restaurant.
Pork Belly bun was amazing. Highly recommended. We also enjoyed the creative cocktails and the pork belly ramen.
Nice interior
Sushi is really good. Also they sometimes have house-infused ginger whiskey.
The Firecracker Roll packs tremendous flavor and balance; the Tonkatsu Curry Ramen is a real winner in the soup and noodles category.
Sit at the bar, sushi chefs will customize a roll for you if you ask nicely!
