Good but over priced. Service good but not exceptional. Food good but also not exceptional- more basic. Mastros is a chain - it's good but not too notch.
Noisy, overpriced, tables too close to others. Never again.
We have eaten there countless times and yesterday was a let down with our guest. Steak was over cooked and Butter Cake dessert tasted burnt. Service by Chris was superb and drinks were on point as always, just let down about the main course and dessert not being up to par.
Wonderful evening, great service, fantastic food.
My favorite Thousand Oaks no disrespect to the other like (BH, Costa Mesa, Malibu) hands down the best food and entertainment!!!
It’s always a pleasure to have dinner at Metros. Specially in New York City. I just love ❤️ it .
