RecommendedService was the bright spot, Thomas did a great job, was very knowledgeable. The food was good, not great, especially given the expensive price. Both filets were just ok, my ribeye was good but not cooked how i ordered it (ordered medium, was more medium rare). Sides were good, butter cake was good, drinks were great but again, very expensive (whiskey). Nice place, just be prepared for high price tag and good food (not amazing). I would look for better cuts of meat and cooked to perfection to come back.
RecommendedAlways a favorite when staying in downtown Chicago! Every dish is perfectly prepared and deeelishious. Mastro’s sets a skyhigh bar for other eateries to reach. Mastro’s is beautifully decorated with fabulous meal and wine/cocktail choices, very attentive staff, and is perfect for romantic dining or a business dinner experience. Mastro’s is magnificent!
Awesome staff, extensive menu, incredible entrees.
