Horrible experience from beginning to end... waited over 35 minutes WITH a reservation. Our "server" ignored and neglected us the whole night; a busser had to take our cocktail order, and another server took our food order by coming to the table and saying, "Ready to order?!" Steaks came out underdone. My steak was so raw, my steak knife couldn't cut through it. My bf's "well done" steak was actually medium rare. I celebrated my Birthday at Mastro's and what a incredible dinner!! Not only was my absolutely delicious but from the Hostess, To our Waitress, And other Table Asst, EVERYONE was Awesome!! Love it & We'll definitely return soon!!
We were 16 in our party celebrating our 50 Wedding Anniversary once they sat us it was greatBUT SO CROWDED...I think they need to correct that:(
I had a terrible dining experience my stake was over cooked and there was a long peace of hair in my dessert
Our first time there. I heard great things about this place so I just had to take my husband. I took my husband to dinner to celebrate his 35th birthday. We loved it. Such a great experience. The staff is wonderful. My husband loved everything, the ambience, the food, and the staff. He was speechless and very happy. We were seated upstairs with live band. The music was great. The seating down stairs is more of a romantic atmosphere.
