This is the best steak house in the Los Angeles area by a long shot!!! The combination of first class service, amazing food, combined with the perfect ambiance makes their dining experience one of a kind!
We were seated exactly where we requested, food was excellent, drinks were large and delicous and the live entertainment was fabulous!!!
Always great,experience especially when u pop 3 bottles of champagne with ur steak!
Normally excellent, however visited this week and very poor service, also the steak was not good!
I'm kind of shocked to read some of these reviews because our experience seemed to be the exact opposite of them! We were seated immediately and our waitress was there within a minute. We both ordered the filets which were done to perfection for both of us....and we each had a different way we liked them done...from medium to well. Me and wife had the ribeye and porterhouse steak. They were great, lighting could have been better.
After seating a group in t-shirts and sweats - the manager refused us service because I was wearing shorts...
Ambience was gr8. Food was above average but not really awesome.
My friend cut her foot on broken glass that was on the floor on New Year's Eve, In spite of faxing in all the bills, they will not pay the medical bills which were not covered by her insurance. That is very very bad management. What a bad way to end the old year, start the new, and 7 months later still be trying to get Mastro's to take responsibility.
